| What exactly is Clickn'Putt? |
Clickn'Putt is a manual traffic exchange. You can generate (or purchase) credits that can be used to put your website in front of similar minded people. You generate credits by surfing the exchange, buying them, or viewing other members websites. The other members are also surfing the exchange and will be viewing your website as well. In other words... you can generate hundreds of thousands of Quality page views with Clickn'Putt.

| So how do I get started with Clickn'Putt? |
Simply click the join now button and fill in our simple registration form and verify your email.

| Can I sign up for more than one account? |
No. You are allowed only one account. Signing up under yourself in an effort to obtain additional credits is considered theft. You will lose all accounts, all credits, and your downline.

| How do I begin earning credits? |
As a member, you can surf other members websites and earn credits. Or you can simply purchase credits or earn credits by referring others to Clickn'Putt.

| Are there other ways of getting hits to my sites besides surfing? |
Yes. You can either buy credits, exchange them for banner/text link impressions, or refer new members and earn residual traffic.

| How many visitors will I get to my website if I visit 100 member websites? |
That depends... Caddy members earn a 3:1 visitor ratio. If you view 100 member websites, you'll receive 33 page views to your own website. However, Clickn'Putt rewards active surfers. Be sure to look for your bonus credits where can win you 3 to 5 extra hits every 15+ sites viewed. So in fact, our 3:1 surf ratio does two things; 1) It makes sure traffic is flowing and you GET page views to your site.
And if you have a Pro membership you'll earn a 3:2 visitor ratio. If you view 100 sites then you'll receive 66 page views to your website.
And last... but not least... if you have a Senior membership you'll earn a 1:1 visitor ratio. If you view 100 sites then you'll receive 100 page views to your website. Imagine how many page views that would be?

| What is auto-assigning? |
Auto assigning means simply that the credits that you have earned by surfing and from your referrals are automatically applied to the url(s) that you have listed. Caddy members must auto-assign 75% of their credits, Pros must auto-assign 50% and Senior must auto-assign 25% of their credits.

| I live outside the U.S. Can I still sign up for a Clickn'Putt account? |
Yes. However, your websites will have to be written in English. I'm sure you can understand that it would be a waste of everybody's credits if members can't understand what your website is all about.

| Can my website contain more then one pop-up? |
Only one (1) pop-up window is allowed per website. This also applies to pop-unders. Some affiliate programs use multiple popups. If you're promoting one of these programs, your site will not be accepted. Moreover, we do not allow MS window-type popup or alert message boxes, such as those generated by software like "Opt-In Generator". These are separate windows that need to be closed before you can continue surfing.

| Can I use Fly-In-Ads? |
NO!

| Can I use Slide-In-Ads? |
Yes. They're okay because when the site leaves, they leave too. Whereas, fly-in-ads are a separate window that has to be closed before continuing your surfing sessions.

| Can my website have adult content? |
No. Adult content (or links to adult or illegal sites) are NOT allowed. This also pertains to your popup. Having this kind of content will cause your account to be removed. For more details, check the Clickn'Putt Terms and Conditions.

| Can I use a rotator? |
Yes and No! Some of the rotator programs out there we have no problem allowing (like PageSwirl.com). On the other hand, there are some rotators we don't want to allow. We treat every member as a valued customer and trust that each of them will police their own rotator on what we allow and don't allow. If we find a member that is using a rotator to break our rules, then we will be forced to remove either the rotator or the member.

| What if my site can't be loaded into frames? |
If a website breaks out of frames, it CAN NOT be listed in the Clickn'Putt network.

| How many websites can I list on Clickn'Putt? |
You can list up to 5 sites as a Caddy member, 15 sites as a Pro and 25 sites as an Senior member. Simply go to the "My Sites" section of your member page, click on the "Add a new site here" link and type in the new website information and click the "Add" button.

| How many websites am I allowed to visit each day? |
Most of the time there are no limitations. You can visit as many websites as you want. But if people begin to abuse this, then we will set a cap around 500 - 1500 sites a day.

| How fast will I get traffic to my website? |
There's no way to determine how fast you will get traffic to your websites. The traffic you receive, is based on the amount of users in the system and how active they are. It's also based on how much you surf and how many credits you have applied to your websites. Being an active member or one who uses our service often, means you will generate traffic to your website much faster.

| What happens if I run out of credits? |
Once you run out of credits your page is no longer displayed. You can continue to earn more credits for free (by surfing for them), or you can purchase credits from us.

| What is the 'Report Site' link? |
This link is in place to help us keep Clickn'Putt as one of the best exchanges online. You use this link to report any websites (you see while surfing) that might violate our Terms and Conditions or notify us if a site is having problems. After we receive an email, we can then notify the site owner.

| What is the 'My Account' link? |
This link will take you back to your main members page.

| I belong to a bunch of exchanges. Can I promote them in Clickn'Putt? |
Absolutely. After all, a great way to advertise any quality traffic exchange is through another exchange. As a member of Clickn'Putt, you'll receive your own referral URL. Please use it. But what you CAN'T do is use your surfing URLs from the other exchanges in our exchange.

| I never remember my password. Can I change it? |
No problem. You can change your password in the member's area at any time.
|
| Do I have to surf a certain amount of sites before I receive traffic? |
Yes! You have to surf a minimum of 5 sites before you will receive any traffic. We do this to help motivate new members to use the system. Remember, traffic exchanges are driven by the members. If no one surfs, no one will receive any traffic.

| How do I cancel my account? |
Log in. At the bottom of the main navigation menu is the "Delete Account" button.

| Does Clickn'Putt have a referral program? |
Yes. As a Caddy member, you earn 5% of credits from your referrals so for every 100 credits they earn you get 5. Also, for every new membership/ one time offer or credit sale you sell... you earn 10% commissions on the purchase price!
Pro (Upgraded Members) receive 10% of credits from their referrals. They also earn 20% commissions on the purchase price.
Senior (Upgraded Members) receive 15% of credits from their referrals. They also earn 30% commissions on the purchase price.
But this gets better the % from downline credits is on 2 levels so you earn from the people that have been introduced by the people you bring in. Please note cash commission on sales is only 1 level.

| How do I promote Clickn'Putt? |
Banners, small text ads and an email ads are available in the member's area on our promotion page. Just click on the "Promote" link in the members area.

| How do I request a commission? |
Log into your main members page and look about halfway down the page, you will see where it says 'Stats'. Right below that you will see your "Total cash" amount. As soon as you receive the minimum amount required ($15) you will see the link "Cash Out". Click on it and then fill out your request form. You can also access the page from the "Cashout" link on the main menu.

| How long will it take to receive my commission once I request it? |
You can expect to receive your commission within 72 hours.
|
| Can we SPAM people to promote Clickn'Putt? |
NO! We have a zero tolerance spam policy and your account will be terminated without recourse upon the first complaint! SPAM is when you send an email to someone who never requested it and we receive a complaint. If you need help with ways to promote your Clickn'Putt referral page, please email us and we will make suggestions.

| Where can I find my referral link? |
You can find your personal referral link on the "Promotion Tools" page in your members area.
|
| Why can't I delete my site? |
Your site can't be deleted until all your (Auto-Assigned) percentages have been removed from that website. You have to zero that site out. You can do this from the "Assign Credits" Page.
